Today I had my team of Trainers each prepare a 5 minute training and then each trainer was assigned a Difficult Participant Role to play during the presentation. It was a lot of fun to watch and to see how annoying a difficult participant really can be. Of course, this played out as a worst case senario becuase all the trainers took their role VERY serious. Over the next month or so, I plan on having additional discussions on how to deal with some of these common participants.

Untill then, if you need an exciting activity for a Friday night, get a group together and do some role playing with Difficult Participants.
